The Annual Meeting of the Western Association of Gynecologic Oncologists (WAGO) will be held June 9-12, 2010, at Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort in Santa Barbara, California.

Abstract Submission: The deadline to submit abstracts for the Annual Meeting is Friday, April 2, 2010. You may submit your abstract electronically to the WAGO office by downloading the abstract submission form on this website and sending the completed form to the office as an email attachment to Cassandra Larkins at the following email address: clarkins@acog.org. Abstract submission instructions are included on this website. You will receive confirmation from the WAGO office that your abstract has been received, and further notice if your abstract has been selected for presentation.

Meeting Registration: Please use the meeting registration form (Word or PDF) available on this website to register for the meeting. Once you have completed the meeting registration form, please return it to the WAGO national office with the appropriate fees. Please note the $25.00 discount for registrations received before May 9, 2010. We will continue the special reduced fee for individuals currently enrolled in a Board-approved residency or fellowship program, provided a letter from the program director confirming such status is included with their registration. In keeping with previous meetings, everyone attending any of the social or scientific functions, including those attending to deliver their scientific presentations, must pay a registration fee. All registered guests and family members are welcome to the meals and functions.

Hotel Room Reservation: We have reserved sleeping rooms at Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort with a single/double group rate of $299 for Guestrooms. Please make your reservations by calling the reservation desk at the toll-free number 1-800-879-2929. The reservation cut-off date is May 9, 2010. Please make sure you identify your affiliation with the WAGO Meeting and give the dates of the meeting when you reserve your room.
