The Joint Meeting of the Western Association of Gynecologic Oncologists (WAGO) and the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists of Canada (GOC) will be held June 24-27, 2009 at the Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, BC, Canada.

The abstract submission deadline for the Joint Meeting of the Western Association of Gynecologic Oncologists (WAGO) and the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists of Canada (GOC), June 24-27, 2009 at the Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, BC, Canada, has been extended to Tuesday, April 14, 2009! Note the new online system for abstract submission. We invite you to submit your abstracts electronically using the GOC online abstract system. Guidelines on how to use the system are outlined in the attached Call for Abstracts.

Meeting Registration: Please use the registration form on this website to register for the meeting. Once you have completed the meeting registration form, please mail or fax it to the WAGO national office with the appropriate fees. Please note the $25.00 discount for registrations received before May 22, 2009. We will continue the special reduced fee for individuals currently enrolled in a Board-approved residency or fellowship program, provided a letter from the program director confirming such status is included with their registration. In keeping with previous meetings, everyone attending any of the social or scientific functions, including those attending to deliver their scientific presentations, must pay a registration fee. All registered guests and family members are welcome to the meals and functions.

Hotel Room Reservation: We have reserved sleeping rooms at the Westin Bayshore with a single/double group rate of $259 (CDN) for Guestrooms.
